Do you want to learn how to taste wine ? Discover food and wine pairings? Taste exceptional beers? My Medoc offers you several workshops around the art of tasting, in a warm and welcoming atmosphere, structured around several themes, tasting in addition:
– Presentation of the Médoc : discover our superb region, its geography, its castles, its history!
– Grape varieties, appellations, winemaking : everything you need to know about Médoc wine, know the vine, the type of grape variety used, the appellations in force in the Médoc, winemaking methods or how to make a great wine!
– Theory on the art of tasting : how to taste wines and beers – Visual, olfactory and gustatory: pupils and taste buds, develop your senses! – The “wine nose” : is the first impression the right one, what information does your “nose” give you?
– Tasting : titillate your taste buds! What do you feel ? – Food and wine pairings: the right combinations to enhance the flavors.
– Vocabulary : knowing how to talk about wine to shine in the evening! We will offer you a blind tasting workshop of three wines, on request, from a special “Sandra and Virginie” selection, which will not fail to surprise you!

We offer different tasting workshops from Tuesday to Saturday, preferably between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m. (this is the best time when the taste buds are at their peak!)
